This hell

this body is my cage

it is my hell

i never asked for it

but here it is

sometimes i imagine

that i am free

free from this cage

my flesh doesn't feel like my own

my thoughts as if another persons

but my fears are mine

i warp myself in false hope

trying to protect me

my fear still floods this mind that is not mine
