Hell Bound Families

Love the life you live; live the life you love.

It can be taken away just because.

I grew up in a hell bound family of drug addicts and alcoholics; but somehow managed to get through all of it.

Then one day death came knocking at my family door; then two years later came back for more.

Taking the men from my life; one by one without any fight.

I grew older and wondered what it was like not to feel anymore; having to wake up and feel so damn sore.

The time passed but it did not take long; for addiction come taking everything that it saw.

It made me feel like I was in heaven but sent me to hell; took away my life and then wished me well.

Now I see what its like to know; the person you thought that you would never see go.

Mistakes misguide you; love revives you; and in the end what you come to know overrides you.

But I am here to tell you and show you living proof that whatever you have been through or what your family addictions hold; you do not have to take that same exact road.
