Hello for now, goodbye forever

Your standing there I say hello, your reaction seems to be so slow, just standing there the time goes still, this awkward moment game me a chill, you seem to struggle to find the words, like your throat's clogged up, wrapped by cords, you know what you did, I do too, there's nothing more you can say, nothing you can do, you know what I'm thinking but my face is hollow, in a waters depth your heart is shallow, the silence is broken, I say something that makes your want to cry, the only words that I have left to say my last goodbye.
