Help
Blasting
Screaming
Pools of scarlet across the vision of innocent eyes
Eyes unable to understand the horror they've seen
They reach out...
Wanting to be saved from a curse they never brought upon themselves
Tears streaming down stained faces
Marked with dirt and scars of battle
Help...
"Stop this...please..."
They yell from the top of their lungs for a hope of escaping
Help...
Bodies weak from a fight they will never win
Families missing go missing
Empty gazes are all that remain for them
No freedom is seen from the eternal abyss of a life they lead
No one rescues them from the constant nightmare
Weapon in hand
A trail of blood marking a darkened path they've led
Nothing life to live for
They call out in a soft voice to those willing to hear them
"Help me...."
