Help.
Help. I can’t move.
Where do I go from here?
Am I stuck? What can I do?
What have I even done?
Why do I deserve this isolation?
This pain? This loneliness?
Help, how do I open up?
How do I let you in?
What steps can I take to trust you once more?
Help. Am I broken?
Can I be fixed?
Or is the damage not worth repairing?
Am I worth the time? The effort?
Can someone love me enough to help me?
Help. I’ve forgotten how to feel.
What’s an emotion?
Where do I find laughter?
How do I feel?
Will all I know are these wet salt tears?
Can happiness ever be found?
Help. I’m so alone.
I don’t know how to be free.
I’ve locked myself in these high walls
And I can’t find key to get out.
Help. I’m so lost. . . . .
