Help

I want to be heard, but I don't want to talk

I'm embarrassed

Ashamed

Disgusted.

I keep pulling and pulling

Plucking and plucking

crying and crying

I reveal myself more and more each day

And soon, I won't be able to be heard

Because the mask I'm hiding behind

Will soon become my voice

And my very identity

I need help . . .
