Help me, Help you

I don’t understand how you feel,

I don’t understand the problems you’re going through,

And I don’t think I ever will.

You say you’re happy,

Or say you’re excited,

But I truly know that on the inside, you’re hurting.

I know you’re scared,

Terrified even,

And I know you don’t want to move ahead,

But isn’t that life?

You help me day and night,

You always know the right things to say to me,

And you have always taken care of me,

And I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

So, can I do my part?

And take care of you too?
