Help My Unbelief

Transform, change, and break me, my soul shouts in despair,

My God, I'll give anything, just show me you're there.

While my heart remains cold, my sin is still great,

I tremble, fearing it is far too late.

Two desires, inside me,

they brawl and they fight.

Darkness, it tempts me, yet I long for the light.

But yearning it seems simply can't suffice,

The struggle continues, and so does my vice.

Farther and farther, I sink, out of grasp.

Yet folly, it seems, my hands continue to clasp.

Oh Lord, help my unbelief!
