Help Others Prosper Everyday

How can I move forward

Over small hills or large mountains.

Piled on me are the trials and temptations

Eating away at my weary mind.

However,

Other people struggle all the time,

Probably worse than I have or ever will.

Even though they live in terrible circumstances,

Hurting, barely scraping by,

Others come to their aid.

People persevere and hold dear to one thing.

Empowered by the mentality of. . .

Hope

Your message is beautiful, but, in my opinion, the poem could use more figurative language or rhythm to make your message come across stronger.
