Helping Hand
Watching you all go,
What a sad scene,
These children lost,
Didn't get to learn their meaning,
For this world that we live,
That poor man hurt these kids,
A red cross and some money,
Can't relieve,
The pain of the families,
Who loved and lost.
What capability?
What motive?
Did this man seem to have?
Psychologically unstable,
And has the government gave a helping hand?
Wish I could.
If I knew what to do,
I would.
I can't imagine the cloudy eye's,
Of the parents,
Of the many young lives accounted for,
Can't imagine the feeling of the shooter,
The feeling he felt to do something so devastating,
Always a scene replicating in one's mind,
I wanna give a lending hand,
To those who've cried,
And let them know it'll be alright...
