Helpless
My dream was always to be able help the helpless. Mom always told me your struggles would help guide me to being great so you would not be helpless. Well waking up one day watching the news I thought this uprising storm was giving me no choice but to be helpless. We had one day to get out the house or we would become helpless. Grabbing my important values helped, but I knew everything else I left at my house would be helpless. Staying at a friend house with no electricity I thought we was helpless. I finally got a chance to take a look at the news seeing the whole jersey shore was helpless. Watching the whole seaside boardwalk go intro shreds was a tragedy, but seeing the rollercoaster float in the ocean I knew it was helpless. I still had a little hope thinking there was a chance, but seeing your house underwater on channel 9 news I knew I was helpless. After the storm was over I figured there was nothing I could do but be helpless. Until I seen a FEMA ad saying they help the helpless. FEMA gave me money to replace all my belongings which got me back on my feet. At that moment I knew what I wanted my dream job to be and that was to help the helpless.
