Her...

Clad in brilliant yellow and graceful green,

Sunlight and a sensation so serene,

The trees solemly bore a silent witness,

To the first freedom of her tamed wildness.

Often trod roads with canopies above,

Quiet onlooker of conflicts, crushes, hate and love,

Unnoticed, unsummoned and unsung,

Saw her heartstrings come undone.

Dancing shadows and rays of light,

Conjured up magic so fair and bright,

Lovely wings of butterflies gay,

Made her fussy wits go astray.

Low note songs of beetles, black and big,

Sprightly birds hopping their happy jig,

The sturdy stag with its doe and fawn,

Waved her sorrows into times bygone.

Her wishful thinking and wanderlust of mind,

Freedom, contentment and a home did find,

In the deep lone woods, in its pleasant clime,

In her bookish lore and her secret time.

Ranterfreak

A very confused person, desperately trying to find an original way out of a self created unoriginal world. I love happy moments. Somedays i'm a borderline optimist and somedays i'm a borderline pessimist and most days i don't really care. I'm utterly scared of change but I search for it anyway. Just trying to get a life and to find my voice along the way!
