Her Meteor, My Horizon - Byron

She is a disease that drowns the mind in its timid perceptions. Her words soak the soul in its eternal sunshine that entices a spotless notion. The sickness forces my response by unbound words and through her, my speech is free. She is the key that unlocks the watery prison cells in which my words lay dormant. From their nest within the dark depths of the abyss, they rise and share the eternity that is my poetry. They hide the unimaginable truth that can cause my oceans to boil. They inspire wild beauty to exist as well as seduce a benevolent angel to respond to the delicious metaphors my words inevitably create. She is the essence that the cosmos birth in the skyline where the sea in me gently kisses the sky in her creating the horizon that nearly swallowed her, and me too. Her words become the meteor sent from heavens above that pierces through the masses of my fierce personality and bestows the soft caress that connects us together. She is my disease. She is the essence that forms her meteor and my horizon that seem to meet with every intention to escape the threatening impact of a crater that forms the chemistry of words that come from the passionate brine that exists withing our hearts.
