Her smile was all I wanted to see;

Now I know what some people might think:

“Oh, you loved her, right?” But that’s not the point;

Point is, my memories are a dime a dozen,

And those precious moments when I can inspire happiness

In someone else and put a smile on their face, well, memories just don’t

Do those moments justice, if you ask me, you have to feel it in your bones;

Though I suppose it is still a memory, just an emotional one;

Anyway, not to be cliché, but my happiness is about making others happy

So when I think back on that afternoon where

I made a beautiful girl smile at my joke,

Did I do it for nooky?

No,

Her smile was all I wanted to see.
