Her Tenacity

Just shut your eyes imagine this:

A young girl who is on the road,

She follows trails in hopes of bliss.

Low self-esteem's a heavy load.

Trudging along, she sings her song;

A dream stuck in her fragile mind,

But yet it's bogged and clogged with fog.

She's clearly lost, thoughts not aligned.

To let those thoughts transcend be true

She must decide who's on her side.

Such dreams will grow inside of you;

Never let go girl! Come alive!

She's gone this far she's bound to thrive.

Believe, succeed, we all must strive.
