Her Voice

Her voice is a flute,

a sound so beautiful the cello would be jealous.

Her voice is joy,

bringing itself to my thoughts and uplifting me.

Her voice is a hug,

engulfing me in warmth and reassurance.

Her voice is love,

its presence enough to carry me through life without stress.

Her voice is a life,

waiting to be answered and never meant to be ignored.

Her voice is the only thing more beautiful than her.

Her voice is silence,

for she rarely speaks to me.
