Here I wait

Here I stand

Here I'm alone

Waiting for

someone, something

standing still

standing all alone

I wait and wait

For them to come

For them to take me

I stand, I wait

I learnt not to show fear

I learnt not to cry

I learnt they would come

I learnt not to struggle

I learnt not to show fear

Here I wait

Here I stand

Here I'm alone
