Here Am I

Lord I exalt You! How great are Your works all around me! How is it that a thousand fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand but I am untouched? Who am I to be protected so? Am I so significant in Your eyes?? How can I curse Your name when I am so blessed? How can I say I don’t have enough? Don’t your promises satisfy? Your word satiates my very soul, my whole being, send me to do Your will oh God! Saturate my entire self with Your spirit, Make me so on fire for You Lord, that I dread the world and my only joy comes from You, Make my only reason for wanting to stay on this earth the fulfillment of Your will. All of Your ways are perfect, Let me dedicate all I do to You Lord, Because through You, I can never fail. Let no shame touch me. Didn’t You make my tongue? My hands? Then why do I doubt? How can I doubt? Who am I to say Your creation isn’t enough? Use me Lord! Here am I, send me.

Everything I write I dedicate to God because He saved me and I want to praise Him. I want God to use my poetry to touch people's hearts and let them feel His love to.
