Here and Now

The here and now..is right "here and now."

It is ok to dream and allow your mind to go there,

but what about the right here, the right now.

You see, I don't need to escape by doing doing stupid stuff like 

drugs, alcohol, or play endless techno games....they all lead to

stolen memories.

..like right here and now.

It is ok to be intentional in the present and embrace it's freedom. 

Greet a sunset on a mountain top or watch the waves build and

fall in an ocean. 

Rest,.... right here and now. It's ok to delay what most think

is gratification.  Happiness depends on "what happens."

After that, then what?  What about this moment right now?

You get to choose the beauty of each moment. So choose.

Plant your flowers in the moment and you will

always have a garden.
