Here is the Land.


Here is the land. Here it still stands. Here the land is opaque To those who cannot see. The world's secrets as easily. Open the ground they say. Let us show you are bones Still in the ground we lay. Open your eyes they say. Let us show you how we were prey. For they beat our souls, Still in the ground our bodies lay. Open your mind they say. Let us show you the day Our bodies were put in the ground to lay. Here is the land. Here it still stands. Here the land is translucent. To those who have seen The world's darkest secrets And everything inbetween.
