Hero

She hates it when I call her that, She feels that she had done nothing to earn that title, We both were suffering, Me because of her pain, Her because she was going through the pain. Every night I would cry over her, But what I didn't realize was that she was curing me. I was down before this even happened to her, We would fight all the time. But in the end, our relationship was greater. She went through so much that I would not understand. The reason she is my hero is she is strong, Not one tear was shred, Not one complaint was spoken, Not one doubt was thought. I envy her and her power. I want to be like that, But I am like that. I was strong enough to be there, To bring her joy, To bring her wonders, To bring her hope. I love my sister and proud she is my hero!
