The Hero's Mind"
It is finally finished, but it is never over. It's hard to remember everything, as you are moving forward. Everything is how it should be, you can finally rest. Feeling you did all you could, knowing it was for the best. As you walk on through long days, flashbacks constantly invade your mind. Feelings begin to erupt, as your heart continues to ache inside. You long for the call, the cry of those in need. Something to eaze your pain, someone to set you free. Knowing you are never alone, you can still sense their presence. The feeling of them around your heart, a haunting that is simply endless. Heartbeat is not the same, neither fast or slow. This heart your caring is not yours, it is not the heart you truely know. Yet it beats very calmly, much stronger than before. The light continues to strengthen it, as it grows to take in more. As the new morning dawns, the darkness frantically runs again. It is a shame that they have chosen a path, that will lead them to their very end. The heart that was once so fragile, is protected by the Rain Berrier. Everyday it is soothed from darkness' attacks as the burdens become less heavier. A thread of hope is rebuilt, as a bridge of faith is made. Moving on is so much easier knowing things have changed. And will never be the same.
