Hes Gone

Everyday I think back to that one day. The day you left. I was at home and my friend called me.

¨Hello?¨

¨Hey...I-I need you to listen for a moment. This is gonna be really hard to hear but something happened¨

¨What are you talking about?¨

¨Dillon. H- he commit...¨

¨WHAT?!. I-it cant be true. please tell me its not real. your lying.¨

¨I am so sorry...hes headed to the hospital¨

¨NO. NO. NO. NO¨

¨Im so sorry...its all gonna be ok. I have to go but-¨

¨Dont you dare tell me its gonna be ok!. IT. IS. NEVER. GOING. TO. BE. OK!

*Hangs up*

HE CANT BE GONE. HE IS MY BEST FRIEND.

The only thing that could go through my head that day was the true thought that I could not do my life without him

How could I go on? That was the worst day of my life. For weeks I was not ok. I could not think straight.

I was taken in and out of the councilors office or the principals to be questioned and be told to ¨feel free to talk about my feelings¨

I didnt want too. I couldnt talk about it. It was to hard.

Everyone around me, my family, friends, classmates, constantly telling me ¨Im here for you.¨

No your not. I dont want you to be. Get away. GET AWAY!
