Hey Stranger...

Hey stranger- may I just say I saw you staring at the sky and you reminded me of hope with what was mirrored in your eye. Along this path's been many unknowing of why this is the path they took. But you're the first I've yet to see to stop and take a look. Some see no point in asking questions- for them, things are the way they are. They gaze into a clear night sky and simply see a star. While others look for answers; gain them from books or sitting in class. But those who seek only knowledge can only see stars as huge balls of gas. Then there's those who look up and the sight takes their breath away. The others observe and move on but, in awe, these few choose to stay. Dear stranger, never lose sight of whatever made you pause. Hold tight onto what makes you wonder and never question the cause. The world is meant to baffle us; it's beauty meant to blow our minds. Free your heart; let your soul wander, and you'll be amazed at what it finds.
