He’s Back

I had used to cry, that he’d never come back

I had used to pretend, that I didn’t miss him

I had used to try, that my love wasn’t for him

But, now, he’s back

No need to cry

No need to pretend

No need to try

He’s back

He’s mine

But in the process, old ones got hurt

He won’t talk to me, he won’t look at me

Yet on a certain level, I don’t care

I felt his warm breath on my neck as he held me close

I felt his hands around me as he hugged me

I heard his voice so delicate directed to me

He’s back
