Hidden and Exposed

Every time a word is written, a life is created. And all the words together nurture each other, And help the others to flourish into their own meanings. These words become my most powerful friends, helping me to hide the truth, or expose my feelings. A secret message, a muckraking yawp. They help me to hold on just a little longer. They help me to see reality, or imagine my fantasy. Integrated now, with my words I am hidden and exposed. I am covered with anxiety. I am shouting it over the rooftops. I am hidden and exposed. I am buried in the clouds. I am screaming at the top of my lungs. I am hidden and exposed. That is why. Because I can choose To be one or the same.
