Hidden Dreams

Rising with the sun starts my everyday

Look out to the arena and see a mere

Horses and boots are my life

Ride everyday with no fear

I am constantly throwing hay

Year after year

But i'm at a point in my life

I am ready to switch gears

Nobody knows my life's portray

Nor my hidden dreams i've never made clear

It's my mind that has made such a strife

Which has lead my dreams to here

My internal person has been lead astray

But I am ready to have a devoted career

So cheers to my change in life

I will become a petroleum engineer!
