Hidden Path

A sobbing stillness overtakes the mind

The echoes of happiness far from view

People wander, and on their path they find

Cages which horrors have broken through

On this gruesome plane of torture and death

Lies the heart of darkness, one man’s true test

An arduous task assigned with final breath

Until complete, those who dream shall not rest

To those who wander this dark, winding path

Beware the horrors that the dark unfolds

A god who applies to the earth his wrath

Builds upon this dark land an evil stronghold

A challenge awaits those who seek the light

A hero rises to save worlds from blight
