Hidden Potential

Everything that I do, I do my best, I study hard in school, and pass my tests, My momma told me just believe, Forget the rest, For me there’s a lot of trauma, A lot of stress, That’s why I try to keep my hand s dry, But they stay wet I have an impassioned amount of pain I feel it in my heart also my brain, Can this feeling be changed, It’s so lame, nobody knows my name I have hidden potential, I just know it, I have so many talents, I just haven’t had a chance to show it, I have many things in my past, That I have come to regret, This makes me upset, but my past is set, And now I’m focusing on my future, I have dreams, and I’m not being conceited, But I will eventually achieve it, Since I’m being real, I will let you know of my suspicions, I have had visions, O f god’s impulsive intentions for me, That is for me study hard in the martial arts, I believe that this will take me very far, I listen to god as my inspiration, If I make it to the top, I’m not looking for instant gratification, But rather thankfulness, because I have made it.
