Hidden Underneath

You may not see it in my face

You really have to sit and wait,

Wait for it all to flow

I'll never let my true feelings show,

I'm slowly fading away,

But you will never hear me say.

I'm beaten, bruised, hurt, taken advantage of.

Lost in the dark, I have no love.

You may say i have fear,

But if you really listen I've shifted gears,

I have pride deep down in my heart

Words will never break me down or tear me apart.

I'm strong and mighty, but quiet with no sound

I'll never show my pain not never,

Not now...

Let your emotions out and don't be afraid. You just have to show them to the right people. Read my poems and tell me what you think.
