Hidden Within

The power of the written prose

Is something no one can oppose

It tells the heart and soul of man

Secrets and mysteries it will expand.

Hidden within each line of verse

The writer’s heart he did immerse

Pouring out what is within

To share with others what is therein.

Poetry can express and share

In fewer words and with more care

The books and  journals written in mounds;

The inner soul it can expound.
