Creaking floorboardsThe smell of abandonmentI belong here.Bones turn to ice.Skin, cold and fragile like glassCracks shatters.I do not bother to pick up the pieces.I belong here.I breathe in dust.Blood becomes dust.I am dust.I look through the windowCaked with memoriesand lonelinessAnd stare at the moonMy only friend.
