High Heel Scar

You’ll see her walking from afar

Maybe you’ll notice a little high heel scar

You’ll see her walking clumsily with stride

But you won’t notice what she's trying to hide

You’ll always see her wearing her hair down

and wearing one of those pretty gowns

She’d never wear her hair back

Because she knows that the sight of her neck scar would make someone hack

You’ll see her trying to be like the rest of the girls

Trying to do dance her best by attempting graceful twirls

But through it all you’ll see her frown

And it’ll show more than the gems on her gown
