Highschool

You wake up, tired, headache, full of pain,

Just to survive another day.

Get ready, catch the bus,

at 7 a.m. you're always a fuss.

Walk in the doors, say hi to some friends,

but on the inside you know how fake they've been.

Feeling insecure, have to hide it,

forgot your english paper, have to write it.

You have your jocks, who rule,

nerds, who drool

Teachers say they care, but do they really?

do they really know how you're feeling?

The bell rings,

the choir sings.

You're all alone,

you want to be home.

Choices made, define who we are,

within every fighter, there's always a scar.

Our scars are who we are, dont wish them away,

just get up, press on, and start another day.
