On a Hill

I wish it had been you

Who made me giddish

On a hill

I wish you had been the one that

Kissed me in the dark

I wanted you

To catch me as I was thrown to the ground

To keep me standing when I was petrified

And could only think to crumble

With nothing left inside

To give me that soft resurrection

When I felt that I had died
