Him

He's my best friend,

a person I can't live without.

I was asked, "If you were stranded on a deserted island,

what is the one thing you would take with you?"

Well, I would take him.

He makes me happy,

makes me laugh,

every time I see him,

I smile.

My feelings for him are strictly mutual.

We don't "love each other",

we love each other.

We're like family,

we would do anything for each other.

I would die for him.

If I didn't have him in my life,

I don't know where I'd be.

I need him in my life,

to keep me going,

and to help me with life.

I'm in his life,

and he's in mine.

And he always will be.
