Him

His lips rushed down my spine, as if the smell of lust lingered off his sweat. I could hear him, I could hear him whisper "Do you love me?" I gasped for the short lifeless air, hoping he could read me. Could he read me? I waited, and waited then looked up, for he stared with such passion, but no sound As he glanced down at my burning skin, he lifted my hand with his and said "For you, and you alone and no-one else, you are my lover. Therefore, you shall love me as much as I will always love you and if you think I do not love you most, you're blind and I forever want you to see" What I never thought lust couldn't give, I swore I thought I'd never live, for his shallow dreams made his heart not only whole, it made him also alive. and with this I kept thinking that maybe this is only a dream, maybe it's only me going insane, grasping everything to be sane, or maybe it's just me being happy. But if I were to be happy, I might as well consider myself insane. .
