Him

He is the creator of heaven and earth, An image of myself. I admire my reflection in the mirror, You know why? It is because God created me in his own image. He took his precious time and created me. Today i stand proudly! Without hesitation but with contemplation And i emphasize that I'm dripping melanin, I'm dripping honey, I am black without apology, Dipped in chocolate and Toasted with beauty. I am a black girl, A young impala, The colour of my skin is rich and dark like milked coffe.

I will achieve success by a sweat of my brow. I am a bard and i believe in the power of the words. I've got the words to influence souls outside there positively and i only see my goals,i don't believe in failure. I'm more committed to my dreams❤ I always strive for progress.
