Him
You sing him hymns, hoping he'd see you through.
You tell me his words cannot be fathomed.
But what if they were never true?
You pray everyday and brak the bread in two.
You think his forgiveness is freedom.
But what if he'll never open the gates for you?
You think for faith in him is what made you grew.
You rely on him, you think your love will bloom.
But what If he doesn't believe in you?
You tell me his plans, you tell me he'll start anew.
I only think you're foolish, your heart will fall to doom.
Because he will never think twice to look at you.
You want salvation? Then it better come from you.
