For him.

Quiet eyes

Quiet voice

Quiet hands.

I thought that you had faded,

Into the darkness.

Drawing so far into youself

That you simply vanished.

Yet I did'nt realize,

Until too late,

That it was my own undoing.

I stopped noticing.

You continued to shine.

I got distracted.

You blossomed in the sun.

I was darkness.

You. Were. Light.

Quiet eyes

Quiet voice

Quiet hands.

Not loud, not boisterous,

Just the right kind of volume,

Shouting in their own, sefless way.

Your own constellation.

You were there.

I was absent.

You filled the void

That i repreatedly emptied.

Your bore the brunt of my own

Shortcomings.

Ever faithful.

Shine, shine, shine.

Your own universe.

A ray of hope against utter,

Blackness.

I notice you,

Now.

Don't say I'm not waiting,

With your quiet eyes.

Don't say its too late,

With your quiet voice.

Dont say I'm done,

With your quiet hands.

I'd spend forever fixing that mistake,

Forever I'd be willing to spend

Asking for your forgiveness.

Quiet eyes

Quiet voice

Quiet hands.

Quiet. So quiet.

Say something.

For him.
