Him and I


Him and I There is no trail we travel, No path we can see, It’s almost as if we’re flying without wings, The horse is old but his heart is strong, Somehow together we belong, To his own beat we ride, And gaze at this world, As it flashes by quickly, Us together is all we need, The sound of his hooves against the soft ground, Grows louder and louder, as we go faster and faster, Seems as if there is no end, No end to where we belong, Here together, nowhere else.
