hiraeth


“I’m so tired,” I said,
muttering in time with the
swaying of my ship.
sea spray has dried crystalline,
encrusting the reciever 
of the walkie in my hand.
“I just want to go home.”
“so come home,” said the radio.
“s o  c o m e  h o m e,” said the horizon.
