His
How does he construe these thoughts
that make him act in heinous ways
Ways that few would dare to dream
for the fear of dark reality
How does he acquire his weapons
of greif and pain and evil
that make him want to hurt and harm
a forever unending vision
Perhaps it was his mother
too weak her will to struggle
or perchance it was his father
with an unnatural sense of fight
Where does his mind wander
when he sleeps alone at night
Does he dream of darkness and misery
and allow this to define his life
How does he find the courage
to commit his monstrous crimes
Does he think there is no other way
to express his contemplation
deliberation
imagination...
He knows not what he does
yet he knows it all too well
He steals their lives, their minds, their souls
because his was never his to own
