His Secret

Pain

my new best friend

fills my body every time I sin.

You won’t dare let your precious find out about me.

You won’t dare let me sleep between your sheets.

You can’t she will know

That’s all you can say.

This is all for fun you agreed to this

you said you wanted to always feel my flesh

So I sink into this lonely hell that has become me

The other woman the secret of the cheat.

I ached to feel love I ached for so long

how could I let this become what it was.

It was different when the sin was just me and him

but the game changed when she arrived on the scene.

Now he tells her he loves her then lays in my bed.

He kisses her lips just before he kisses mine

sliding every inch up between my thighs.

He tells me I’m different and I’m what he’s always wanted

but his heart he refuses to give me

and I only see him when he’s horny.

She gets his love

attention and more.

I get his manhood when it’s raging hard.

He swears she can’t give him what he really needs.

Then why must he come to me just to fuck me and leave.

So night after night

week after week

I lay here in pain

hurting and can’t sleep.

I want his heart but he gives it to her instead

I get his sex sweaty sheets in my bed.

So hello new world

new life

new me.

I went from being his queen he held high in his heart

to being his whore yea I’m not very smart.

The night is my cover and my bed is my hell.

As he slides in me I cry from this shell.

I am a writer, blogger and poet. I enjoy writing and do so when the mood strikes me. I have been known to stop what I am doing to jot down a poem. There are days when the words flow from my mind like water. I am also a parent to 3 amazing young men. I am married to an amazing man as well. We rang in the new year as newly weds. Each year we celebrate our anniversary as we close another chapter in the book of life.
