His Sweet Melody

The flow of notes

Bursting through the air

Maintains a melody

That I'd like to share.

The vibrations upon every string

Can stir the soul's very being.

The beat of every drum

Awakens one's heart

To move to the rhythm of this art.

The vocals are captivating

Everyone would agree.

But, how could this come to be?

There must be a deep secret no one knows

How beauty comes from music.

Is It from me or in you?

This cannot be from any human.

It must be Something Greater.

This thing must be the Creator,

The One inside of me.

He gave me this gift

To play and sing His sweet melody.
