His Turn

Even though it was always you,

it is now him.

I finally met someone who I don't have to question

if they love me

they prove it.

Every day.

I'm happy with him.

I don't want to ruin what I have

because it took me this long to get this far.

I still think about you constantly

and it really fucking sucks.

I hate myself for letting you take over my thoughts

But I guess I understand now that

we

will never be.

I finally moved on

I love him.

I really do

I've always loved you,

but now I love him more.
