History

History is quite a curious thing

we learn it

we forget it

and we repeat it just to sing

it is made every day

but lost

when things are in the way

but if we were

for just a moment

honest with ourselves

we may find that History

is not just on shelves

it is tales of good

and it is tales of greatness

it is tales of sadness

and it is tales of blood

but for me

it will always bring

a certain inspiration

for I find

that it can make

a curtain type of action

for this is

just my first try

at the great poetry

I must say goodbye
