History Assignment on Pro Slavery.

Savages spared from a land so hollow, brought back to the new world, tending our land in return for life tomorrow. The crack of the whip, splitting the flesh, remembrance of ones place, motivation for the rest. Hard workers in the fields speaking tongue only the can hear, outlawing their education, you have no need to fear. Food and clothing, a roof over their heads, without their masters nurturing they sure would be dead. Here they live like royalty compared to their lives back home, strike fear in their eyes, to forget where they come from. Not fit for mixture, to avoid confusion, one must remain hidden out of sight to understand the illusion. We are their teachers and mentors all alike, we the southerners strong together and here to fight. Abolish slavery? Ha! Why should they go? They are better off with us, could never run a one man show. Business is a booming, everyone can see, abolish slavery and you shall fall with me. Like children learning to walk, they are provided the way, with strict rules and guidelines, more focus on today. Step into my shoes, say not one word, just us today, and help tend to the herd.
