History Is My Inspiration

History speakes to my young soul,
Calling with faces long since forgotton,
A wisper of the way the world used to be,
So young and full of mystery,
This is what inspires me.
People who shaped the world,
Civilizations that no longer exist,
This is what inspires me.
Art that tells of who we used to be,
Music that will last for eternity,
This is what inspires me.
History is etched into the fabric of the world,
And it will forever inspire me.
