Hold a flower

Hold a flower in your hand

Pick a petal when you can

The first is he loves me

The second he does not

The third he does, but then

On the fourth he does not

Again, I pick the petals off

Should I want him to love me

Should I want him to not

Pick the petals one by one

Yet, I don't know what I've got
